National No Smoking Day 2019
Today is National No Smoking day which is always held on the second Wednesday in March and is intended to help smokers who want to quit.
No Smoking Day aims to bring awareness to the danger of addiction and tries to spotlight resources available to help people
Research has found that 1 in 10 smokers quit on No smoking Day and this year smokers are being encourages to use the hashtag #TellUsYourWay to share how they plan to quit.
From nicotine patches to e-cigarettes there are many options to help you quit smoking, but as any smoker who has tried to quit or who has quit successfully knows, smoking is a hard habit to beat.
